A person dissatisfied with by an assessment or decision by the Comptroller of Inland Revenue can file an objection within thirty calendar days after service of the notice of an assessment or decision.

The objection must be in writing and must state clearly in detail the grounds upon which the objection is made.

The objection must be accompanied by all of the tax not in dispute and fifty percent of the tax in dispute.
